E. Thukaram is the Member of Parliament from Ballari Lok Sabha constituency. A grassroots Congress leader, he champions issues of farmers, tribal welfare, mining-affected communities and youth employment across the Ballari region.
E. Thukaram works closely with the Ballari District Youth Congress and senior Congress leadership to strengthen the party at the grassroots and amplify the voice of India's youth.
