Biography
A life shaped by service and conviction
H.S. Manjunath Gowda is the State President of the Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress (KPYCC). Under his stewardship, the Youth Congress has expanded across all 31 districts of Karnataka with active block committees, training programmes and high-energy public campaigns.
A grassroots leader who rose through the ranks of the IYC, he has been at the forefront of every major youth-led movement in the state — from unemployment protests to defending democratic institutions and the Constitution.
He works closely with President K Srikanth and the Ballari District Youth Congress to ensure that the issues of north Karnataka — jobs, irrigation, education and social justice — remain at the centre of the Congress agenda.
